Can you believe it’s already the second week of Advent? The countdown to Christmas is on, and we’ve got some fun and meaningful events lined up at LHF this week!

MON. 12/09/24 | CHRISTMAS CAROLING | 6:00pm: Calling all carolers! We will meet at 6pm at the church for an evening of ministering through carols. We will spread Christmas joy to shut-ins and others in our church. If you plan to attend, please contact Brittany Rayan to let her know... 8594894981.

TUE. 12/10/24 | SENIORS CHRISTMAS LUNCH: Our annual Christmas lunch will take place at Charles & Pam Parker's house. This is a DON'T MISS Event! The church bus will leave the parking lot at 11:15am to head to Paris. Don't forget to bring a wrapped or bagged gift for the White Elephant Gift Exchange!

FRI. 12/06/24 | MENS BIBLE STUDY | 7:00am: Our men will continue their study through the book of Romans this Friday. They meet each Friday at Panera in Brannon Crossing. If you have questions, contact Pastor Chris 8596195583 or Pastor Derek 8598064635.

SUN. 12/15/24 | ANNUAL CHURCH CHRISTMAS PARTY | 6:30pm: Get ready for Christmas with your church family! Our annual Christmas party is always a hit. We'll have some great desserts and a cookie contest. We'll also have some Christmas Karaoke so we can enjoy the sounds of the season!

1. Michael Whisman: Continue to pray for strength as he battles cancer.
2. Lee Whisman: Lee is currently in the hospital undergoing some tests. This is Michael's brother.
3. The Situation in Syria: If you've been following the news this weekend, there is a lot going on in Syria right now. Please be in prayer for the Lord to work through the chaos.
4. Pray for those in need this Season: Let's remember those who are facing a Christmas season that looks totally different than they're used to this year. Many in NC, FL, GA and other regions are still rebuilding after the storms earlier this year. Pray for them and the ministries still on the ground there offering helping hands and hope.
5. Upcoming India Trip: Pastors Chris and Derek are less than a month from their trip to India. Pray for them as they prepare and as they study to preach and teach at the conference.
