IM EXCESSIVELY BURDENED

My excessive burden regarding the condition of passive readers and today’s modern church stems from a deep concern for the spiritual well-being and growth of the authentic faith community.

I need prayer. I have frequent prophetic dreams, and daily battles with the burden of the church. Due to my physical challenges, I tire after many hours a day of writing and producing media. Yet, the Lord is patient with me and empowers me to put my hands on the keyboard every day. However, I can't do what He asks me to do without Body Life prayer.

My Calling to The Lukewarm Church

In an age where distractions abound and superficial engagement with Scripture is common, I "feel" a heavy weight for those who merely skim the surface of God’s Word without delving into its profound truths. This passive approach to reading not only hinders personal spiritual growth but also weakens the collective strength of the Church - turning it toward lukewarm. I long for a revival of earnest, intentional study of the Bible, where believers are not just readers but active seekers of God’s indwelling wisdom and guidance.

My heart aches for a generation of authentic Christians who are deeply rooted in their identity in Christ, equipped to face the challenges of the End Times with unwavering conviction and a profound understanding of God’s prophetic truths. Yet the burden of real deal believers remaining silent - is my greatest burden.

I carry the burdens of the Body of Christ up close and personal.

My heart aches for a Church that is on fire for God, living out their faith with boldness and conviction, and making a transformative impact in the world. Please help me in carrying this burden, continue to pray and work through Christ towards awakening a deeper, more authentic, active Church who is awake in the final chapter of our Lord's End Times.

I would appreciate your prayers for this old prophet. For my burden, at times, is daunting.

Thank you,

Stephen
