Hey families,

This month, we’re inviting your children into something special… a journey through true stories that are just as powerful as any adventure book they’ve ever picked up.

While the stories we read for fun may be filled with wild plots and big moments, the stories we’re diving into this May are real—and they show us what it looks like to follow Jesus in everyday life. Each week, your child will discover how God is present, powerful, and at work in and through them.

Here’s what we’re building into your child across the month:

  • Week 1: Jesus is always with us (Acts 1:3–11; John 14:1–7)
  • Week 2: God helps us be righteous (Acts 4:32–5:10)
  • Week 3: God hears us when we pray (Acts 12:1–17)
  • Week 4: The Holy Spirit gives us power (Acts 2; Acts 16)
  • Week 5: God helps us share the good news (Acts 27; Matthew 28)

Our heart is simple: we want every child to see that they are part of God’s story right now.

Memory Verse for the Month:

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes.” — Romans 1:16a (NIV)

We encourage you to keep the conversation going at home. Ask your child what stood out to them each week—you might be surprised how God is speaking to them.

Let’s make this a month where our children don’t just hear the story… they start living it.

Family Worship Night is coming up on May 29 at 7:00 PM, and this one is going to be powerful. Our children will be leading us in worship—from singing to expressions of praise—and we believe God is going to move in a beautiful way through them.

Bring the whole family and come ready to worship together. There’s something special about watching our children step into their purpose.

Make sure you mark your calendars for something creative, inspiring, and full of life!

Our Creative Arts Showcase is happening on May 22 at 6:30 PM, and this night is all about celebrating the gifts inside of our young people. From dance to music to expressive arts, our children will take the stage and share their creativity in a way that honors God.

This year’s experience is inspired by “The Book of Youth”—a powerful reminder that every child has a story worth telling and a light worth shining .

Bring the whole family and come ready to celebrate, support, and be inspired. You don’t want to miss what God is doing through our kids.
