EMETH | FAITHFULNESS:

Emeth, the Hebrew word for faithfulness - the beginning and the end. God’s Unchanging Faithfulness.

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” - Revelation 22:13

In a constantly changing world, there is one constant we can hold onto—God's faithfulness. He is the Alpha (first leader) and Omega (final leader), the Beginning and the End. This means He is eternal, unchanging, and faithful in all His ways.

Consider the sunrise and sunset. Each day, without fail, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. This is a daily reminder of God’s faithfulness. Just as the sun is faithful to rise and set each day, so is God faithful in His love and promises towards us and is in us through His Son's indwelling.

God’s faithfulness is not dependent on our actions or circumstances - certainly NOT on our choices to sin. It is rooted in His character. He cannot deny Himself (2 Timothy 2:13). Whether we are faithful or not, He remains faithful. He remains constant. He is Emeth.

As you go about your day, remember that God is the Alpha and Omega. He was faithful in the beginning, He is faithful now, and He will be faithful in the end as He, through Christ, will work out your salvation. His promises are sure, His love is unchanging, and His grace is sufficient for all your needs.

So let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful (Hebrews 10:23). God, Yeshua/Jesus, and the Holy Spirit NEVER breaks a promise. Do you believe this?
