Delta Chi Church Camp Info and registration:
Parents,
We are excited to share that Delta Chi will be attending the KanTex Youth Camp this summer, in Bartlesville, Ok hosted on the campus of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, from June 22–26.
It is our hope that your student(s) will be able to join us! Church camp is always a meaningful time of building community, making lifelong memories, and growing in faith. It’s also a key part of our Delta Chi ministry as we build on the camp experience throughout the year.
Cost & Deadline
The total cost for camp is $250 per student if registered by May 21st. A $100 deposit is required by May 21st. After that date money collected through Delta Chi fundraisers will be applied to the balance of students who have participated in fundraisers. Students will have another opportunity to raise money at our Cinco de Mayo Taco Bar the first Sunday of May. Your support and attendance is appreciated.
Registration is a Two-Step Process (please read carefully):
Step One: KanTex Youth Camp Registration (No payment required for this step)

Please note: No money is collected during this step.
Step Two: Concordia Wesleyan Church Forms & Deposit
Complete and submit the Medical Release Form along with a $100 deposit to Concordia Wesleyan Church by May 21st through our secure online giving platform. (Please note that if you have more than one student attending youth
camp, the deposit fee is reduced to $75 per camper)

after the required medical information is filled out.
- If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to Concordia Wesleyan and include your student’s name in the memo, then deliver it to the church office at 1603 Cedar Street.
After May 21st, the funds we have collected through Delta Chi *fundraisers will be applied to the outstanding balance of students who have participated in fundraisers.
Registration forms and fee of $100 is due by May 21st.
Total Cost: $250.00 (includes transportation)
*Participation in Delta Chi fundraisers greatly reduces
any cost beyond the registration fee.
